Returns

At Valentus Wear, each product is made specifically for you when an order is placed. Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Preference changes after purchase

Please review all product descriptions, size guides, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs showing the problem

We will review the issue and, if approved, arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only when:

  • The product arrives damaged
  • The product contains a manufacturing defect
  • An incorrect item was received

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account after processing.

Exchanges

Because all products are made to order, we generally do not offer exchanges for size, color, or style changes after an order has been placed.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will work with you to provide a replacement when appropriate.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before production begins.

Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled or modified.

Lost Packages

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us at:

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
